Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program General Terms and Conditions

1. Queendom Motivators Inc. ("Company") reserves the right to alter, change, update, terminate or otherwise modify in any form or fashion all or any portion of the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program.

2. The Company reserves the right to remove or suspend any Independent Professional from the queendommotivators.org. Professional Locator at any time or to remove or suspend any Independent Professional Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site at any time. The Company reserves the right to remove or suspend any Independent Professional from the Queendom Motivators® Social Publisher at any time, for any reason, within its sole discretion.

3. It is acknowledged and agreed that the Independent Professional is an independent contractor and is not a joint venturer with, or franchisee, partner, agent or employee of the Company. It is acknowledged and agreed the Independent Professional has no power or authority to incur any debt, obligation or liability on behalf of the Company.

4. The Independent Professional consents to the release of information used in the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program through the queendommotivators.org. Professional Locator and/or the On-line Shopping function.

5. The Independent Professional agrees that the Independent Professional shall be liable for any and all taxes, duties, charges and licenses that may be assessed or levied by any authority relating to or arising out of participation in the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program, and shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any such liability, tax, penalty, interest or other costs.

6. THE INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE COMPANY HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, COST, CLAIM OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY'S FEES AND EXPENSES, COURT COST AND COST OF INVESTIGATION) ARISING OUT OF, OR ALLEGED TO HAVE ARISEN OUT OF, THE INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL'S PARTICIPATION IN THE Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program.

7. Only one Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site allowed per Independent Professional.

8. Requirements for participation in the zip code search through the Professional Locator are determined at the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to alter, change, update or otherwise modify such requirements in any form or fashion at any time without notice. Details on how the Professional Locator works are located in the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site FAQ section.

9. It is acknowledged and agreed that the use of Company trademarks in any form of electronic advertising, including the Internet, is not authorized except through Company-approved trademark standardization programs such as the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program and the Queendom Motivators Social Media Guidelines. The Independent Professional acknowledges that by using the Queendom Motivators® Social Publisher, the Independent Professional agrees to only use the copyrighted images and Company trademarks made available through the Queendom Motivators® Social Publisher in ways that are authorized by the Company (i.e., Queendom Motivators Facebook Business Page) and for no other purpose. The Independent Professional agrees not to modify or alter the copyrighted images and Company trademarks made available through the Queendom Motivators® Social Publisher. The Independent Professional also acknowledges and agrees that any copyrighted images and trademarks made available through the Queendom Motivators® Social Publisher shall only be used on the Independent Professional’s Queendom Motivators Facebook Business Page and there are no other permitted uses. The Independent Professional further agrees to remove, delete and/or take down any Company trademarks or copyrighted images used on the Independent Professional’s Queendom Motivators Facebook Business Page, or other authorized usage, promptly at the request of the Company.

10. The Independent Professional agrees to abide by the Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site Program Privacy Statement.

 

PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR CUSTOMERS

Queendom Motivators Inc. ("Queendom Motivators") and members of the Queendom Motivators independent sales force ("Independent Professionals") respect the privacy of every individual who visits an Independent Professional's Queendom Motivators® Personal Web Site (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement describes the information collected and how it will be used. By using the Site, customers consent to the collection and use of this information.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Customer information such as name, address, telephone number, credit card number or e-mail address will not be collected or retained unless they choose to provide it. If this information is provided, it may be retained and used to better address customer needs. Customers may receive special announcements relating to new products or promotions.

Therefore, if you are considering advertising your Queendom Motivators business or use any Queendom Motivators trademarks or trade names on the Internet or in social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), you must review and adhere to the Company’s Internet and Social Media Guidelines within the Company’s Legal-ease Guidelines.
